  • 50 ml Ceylon arrack (see where to buy at ceylonarrack.com)
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 50 ml vanilla syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • ice
  • pinch of ground cinnamon, to serve

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake without any ice.
  2. Add some ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a coupette glass, then dust with cinnamon.
