Recipes

We make kitchen products, mainly the kind that get things mixed! So we thought we would also give you recipes that we've either developed or learned that our products do very well in. The recipes are being developed as we speak, so please forgive the sparsity of selections here!

ICE CREAM - PUDDING - MOUSSE

CHOCOLATE PUDDING:
Ingredients:
1 cu(236ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbl (30ml) Sweetener (granulated or powdered sugar, xylitol, erythritol. etc))
2 tbl (30ml) Unsweeted Cocoa Powder
1 tsp (5ml) Vanilla Extract

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a container with a seal-proof lid
(mason jar or food storage container, for example).
2. Add 1-2 VansieHome Whiskballs.
3. Close container and shake for between 1 and 2 minutes.
Shake until you feel it get super thick. You will be able
to tell. Check inside. If not thick enough, close and
shake again.
4. Remove whiskball (Shake against edge of container
to remove pudding from inside the ball first!)
5. Eat and enjoy!

Tip #1: the more vigorously you shake, the faster it mixes.
For Vanilla, use 2 tsp of vanilla extract & skip the cocoa powder!

CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM:
SAME RECIPE AS PUDDING with this additional step:
1. Put into freezer for 3-6 hours until frozen.
2. Eat and enjoy!

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
SAME RECIPE AS PUDDING with these additional steps:
1. Put into freezer for 4-6 hours or until frozen thru to middle.
2. Once fully frozen, remove to refrigerator overnight and/or wait until unfrozen.
3. Eat and enjoy!


Keto Honey-Mustard Dressing
(0 carbs, 0 gluten)

Ingredients:
½ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil
¼ c. Dijon mustard
3-4 tbl Swerve or Monk Fruit for keto (Any sugar will work)
2 tbl lemon juice
2 tbl apple cider vinegar( or other vinegar
or more lemon juice)
1 clove garlic, minced
Sea salt and ground black pepper (pinch recommended)

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a container with a seal-proof lid
(mason jar or food storage container, for example).
2. Add 1-2 VansieHome Whiskballs.
3. Close container and shake for 15-45 seconds.
4. Remove whiskball 
Eat and enjoy!
